Click the “File Upload” below to send our staff files on your device or upload pictures on your

smart phone. After you click the button, you will be required to enter your email address and

name, but no other personal information or passwords are required. Another click and you get a

chance to pick which of our staff to send the file to. We like this method for clients who simply

want to send us information with no hassle.

How many files can you upload and how large of files are allowed?

You can send up to 20 files per message, up to a limit of 1 GB total size.
Can I add more then 1 photo per upload session on my smartphone?

The system is limited to not upload more than 1 file with the same name. This creates error
messages. Some smart phone cameras will try to upload each picture taken with the same file name. If this happens to you, please take multiple pictures of your documents first, and then use the Photo Library feature rather than the Take Photo feature.
How do I know my files were uploaded?

You will get a “File Sent Successfully” pop up box when you have successfully submitted the file. Know that your staff person here at the firm gets an email immediately notifying them that a file has been uploaded by you for them as soon as you see the File Sent Successfully pop up.
